Interested bidders are invited to submit offer letters clearly stating;
✓ the property of interest,
✓ the proposed purchase price, and
✓ the source of funding for the purchase, should the offer be accepted.
Please note that the successful bidder will be required to complete settlement of the full purchase price within thirty (30) days from the date of approval of the offer. No partial deposits or instalments payments will be accepted.
