Duties & Responsibilities of Employers
Every Employer must keep the following records pursuant to Section 19,22, 50,51 & 52 of the SNPF Act.
Employees Information:
- Keep a register of all employees which record their names, birth dates, commencement date of employment, NPF number and their wages;
- Must not employ a person who is not registered with the Fund. They must register first at NPF.
